• No membership fee.
• We welcome requests from small groups for private classes.
• All attendees (AM & PM) must pre-register.

Weekend and Evening Classes are open to men, ladies, and teens, by advance registration only, sold in 5 consecutive-class packages. Single class spots can be purchased at a slightly higher rate and are subject to availability.

Weekday Morning Classes are open to men, ladies, & teens by advance registration, sold in 10 consecutive-class packages. Single class spots can be purchased at a slightly higher rate and are subject to availability. Classes beginning at 9am thru 11:15am are for ladies only.
