Tips for un-knowing everything

Tips for un-knowing everything
By: Marissa Anteby

Just for a few moments, perhaps an hour, or maybe a day, forget everything you know. Surrender your preconceived notions and find a new reality.

By remaining stuck in your old patterns, you are limiting yourself. Your limited consciousness reinforces the idea that you have the answers, and you know what your experiences mean. But, you don't. Nobody does. We miss important insights because we view situations in a fixed and narrow way.

Instead, opt to know nothing. Be neutral. Don't be pro or against anything. Just be. Accept each moment as it arises, allowing it to unfold on its own. If judgments come up (and they will,) don't make it good or bad to have judgments. Evaluate nothing. Let everything be new, free from your interpretation and opinion.

Live in the perpetual discovery of what remains when you strip everything else away.

Good luck!
